I read you poems because they seem to be all over the most recent poems when I come here. Please, stop writing. It would help me out a great deal. Then I could focus all my efforts on seducing Razorgirl away from Shin now that Limonade has left me to my own devices and my broken heart has somewhat healed. Plus, you get so emotional and it is quite fun to watch you bubble. You should read my poems because you would learn something.

hahahahahahahahaha. No, wait. hahahahahahaha. Are you really that shallow? Do you really follow dogma to the point where you become a brick wall? Because I call you a religious freak, which you are, just read what you write, you assume I am 1) not Christian and 2) agnostic. Do you really know what either of these mean. Where did you learn to sound like a fucking Mormon on a bike? You parents? Sunday school? Because some book? You sound like a confused boy. Your arguments do not even make sense because you have no real idea of what the world is like outside of your home, school, church. So you come up with these god knows what ideas of the world and the current events you see on CNN and how it all work in some wacky moral sense and then you come to a website that is for poetry and start rambling this campy crap you pass for a theology. Sorry. Sounds like a sham in your shallow words.

More of a statement than a haiku. I suggest a good read of the form and its purpose. No put the Nora Roberts book down! Now!

Re: Temptation In Genesis by scitz |

This seems more like some young attempt to desperately try to say something deep and profound to make the reader shutter in awe. But as a haiku it really says nothing much. Look to the origins; find the eastern spirit of the form. This just mocks it. But, hey, who needs Shakespeare, eh?

I suppose I wanted the point to be directly ambiguous: Based on the fact of whether we create our own fears, which lead to a fragile paranoia or if we are helped along the way by the likes of the media, government and our homogeneous surroundings (or at least the folks who reside in those areas). Hmmm. Of course, I will come back to it.

You are right; I am a coward. It is due to a genetic weight problem (I eat to many tater chips)! It started when I was a wee lad. In primary, I was 200 pounds and all the girls made fun of me. This cased my penis to shrink (I still have never seen it due to the weight, but the doctors tell me it is so). Now I live a life of seclusion. Thank God Al Gore invented the Internet, because now I have the ability to exact my verbal revenge on cockney speaking Brits.

I really like these lines, which makes the last line pale a bit next to them. Can you find a way to stick with the image? Maybe. Maybe not?

It is a sad day when you read a poem and have no clue what it is about. Oxywarmonger has nothing to do with the war in Iraq. It is not a Liberal Lament 2003. It may ramble (I am working on that), but to lump it as some sort of protest poem is to simply show the ineffectiveness of your ability to interpret the text properly. You have been editing way too much technical writing.

You hung out with Wayne? I was bummed they showed up at the Grammy's. But they won, so why not. Wouldn't you rather hang with Ari? I think he is much more your type.
