Re: a comment on Grieving by d35 24-Jan-04/3:40 PM
really? I thought they meant gown. You know, after they cut this loose [off the corpse], they bury it [wrapped up] in the [corpse's] cold gown. Makes more sense, don't you think? I think it's pretty clear the pome is about the fevered thoughts of a serial killer.
Re: The Grandfather Suite by -=Dark_Angel=-, P.I. 24-Jan-04/7:08 AM
My Grandfather loved me the best,
He said, holding me close to his chest
I stayed deathly still
'till his snores sounded shrill
and I could unstick my face from his vest.
Re: Your Kind by TripleHGurl 23-Jan-04/4:51 PM
What the hell are you talking about? What kind? Can we get some kind of clue here what you're talking about?
Re: That's What It's all about. by madjack2 23-Jan-04/4:49 PM
what what's all about? The hokey pokey? Please next time wait 'till it has stopped dribbling before you shake it all about.
Re: She Cries by holden_caulfield 23-Jan-04/4:38 PM
Who the fuck is she? WHY did the stars become runny? Let me get this straight: a naked ship is going to fall on us gently like a snowflake out of the winter mists? A ship... Okey dokey. How can the gentle, floating ship be both brittle and snowflake-like?
Re: Poem #5 (of a series of poems for Boo) by Owner of the Sky 23-Jan-04/4:26 PM
I don't want to be touched by Boo.
Re: simple silence by daniella 23-Jan-04/4:22 PM
well, you certainly squeezed that one dry. You must have been thirsty. That can happen when you go wandering in the arroyos of life. Dry, dry, dry, and then BAM a deluge that leaves you broken and sodden.
Re: If by elixir 23-Jan-04/4:13 PM
WAS. WAS WAS WAS WAS. WAS. AAAARGGGHHH how could you DO that to me. It's like scratching a blackboard. If love WAS I WOULD. If love IS I WILL. Got it?
Re: a comment on Love Obsession (the stalker's song) by evergreen 23-Jan-04/4:09 PM
Oh? and it didn't remind you of, um, any mid-eighties dance music, at all?
Re: a comment on Love Obsession (the stalker's song) by evergreen 23-Jan-04/4:05 PM
um, there already is a song. It's fluttering around in my mind right now, like a wild butterfly.
Re: a comment on Lullaby by Goad 23-Jan-04/2:08 AM
You use your colostomy bag as a pillow? Dude, that's just gross.
Re: a comment on Drunk Satan by smlink84 21-Jan-04/12:58 AM
lololol, oh penguin fiend my dear, post just one of your "poems" on eratosphere. Go on, I dare you.
Re: a comment on Last Night by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/2:36 PM
aww, this is one of my favouritest pomes from the old days. It's so sad & subtle. They will break up, but they don't quite know it out loud yet.
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/9:58 AM
a little late...

Well I see that this "thing"'s got you livid
And you're sure I should be much more vivid
But too long with thesaurus
Tends to frustrate and bore us
If you know which word's best than just give it.
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/8:18 AM
Since you tire so quickly this session
I'll allow you to maintain your repression
But no-one is fooled
Because how well you tooled
Your replies constitutes a confession
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/8:17 AM
This modus of discourse is dear to me
And it's swell to find one who's a peer to me
To wrap up this round
I'll concede your crit sound
Though I doubt your advice will adhere to me
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/1:58 AM
Your attack on my "thing" is so vicious
That it leaves me quite frankly suspicious
that you think something's wrong
with both my song & my dong
But I assure you my "thing" is delicious
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 20-Jan-04/1:42 AM
Since my "thing" seems to arouse your attention
I'm left with a dark apprehension
I will keep to bright paths
(and stay away from the baths)
So we don't risk any further accension.
Re: a comment on Why you don't fall through the floor by ?-Dave_Mysterious-? 19-Jan-04/4:25 PM
Now that right there is why I keep coming back to pomeranker. It sure as hell ain't the orchard. I mean, the poetry.
Re: a comment on Tide Pool by middenHeap 19-Jan-04/4:13 PM
Not to bore the bystanders, shall we continue this discussion in limerick form? So:

"you shouldn't have used the word thing"
comes a voice from th' ecliptical ring
but varmint & critter
don't hardly seem fitter
lest I too far to the plebian swing.
