simple silence (Free verse) by daniella
in a bursting, surrounded by too many words i have let the water run right through. drenched by solemn truths, to quietly dry away what might have remained. forcing it open in a turn, the waves caught me and threw me to the end of another phrase. i could not be warned too soon. and off in the far away sky i can sense a lightening... but i will not offer more.

nothing could be finer than to take into account words from whom they came. my favorite poets here watching me as i watch back in admiration.

well, you certainly squeezed that one dry. You must have been thirsty. That can happen when you go wandering in the arroyos of life. Dry, dry, dry, and then BAM a deluge that leaves you broken and sodden.
