Yesterday I thought you couldn't be trusted
Then I met you
It was different with you
I trusted you, something I'd never thought I'd do
People of your kind always hurt me somehow
They left me for another world
Or just shut me from their lives
You said I could talk to you
I could trust you
That statement changed my mind
About your kind
I hope that will never change
That I'll always be able to trust your kind
