Oh, and did you let out enough steam'n frustration?

You know, my father was a truck driver when he was sixteen up until around twenty-eight or so before he took basic asm classes..

He ended up working for Amdahl and IBM later on.. and he never passed the 8th grade. (Not bad for a rough neck trucker eh?)

Does it really matter that your truckin' the usa? Your pushin it to the max either way..

And time is a funny son of a bitch. Honestly.

Actually, I was reading his work before I snatched my notebook and started writing this exercise. (bastards a bit long-winded, but his work gets my juices boiling either way)
Re: a comment on Down The Hall by Blindpoetry 7-Jan-04/7:14 PM
Well everyone has their ways of growing poetically..
but I figure aslong as one keeps reading poetry
and writes consistently progress will follow
depending on the poet.. adapt or die?
I love that saying, maybe we should
sell flags with that motto right here
at the poemranker alms store.

Its a thought stream, so its supposed to have oddities... (one of my writers block exercises)

Didn't really consider touching it up,
but where else do you think I should tweak'n meliorate?

Whats the point of insulting a dodo bird?
Re: a comment on Pinches by peaceseeker 26-Nov-03/4:00 PM
Relax. All he did was suggest line-breaks so that it could be more readable, and less jumbled? And you got anal over it.

Three days actually. Whats with you and using the old methhead comebacks? I was only performing my jester act damn you. Are you trying to push the Welbutrin & Prozac with free samples of Xanax & Valium?

Yes sir.. do forgive my impudence- I am unworthy.

Only the ones that follow the art of haiku- I myself have only just been saved, and given a new name signaling my death- and the birth of the shit crumpet, which allowed my rebirth to occur.
Re: Achilles, Mothers, and the Gods of war by Shardik 26-Nov-03/1:07 PM
I feel so inadequate now to speak of Mr. Haiku.
He wants me to say that he smiles on you
and your little haiku children.

Blessed with 10.
Re: From Womb To Wood by Caducus 26-Nov-03/1:02 PM

Re: a comment on Mr. Haiku showed up at my door- so I by Shit-Crumpets 26-Nov-03/12:58 PM
Mr. Haiku came to me, alot like an epiphany late during the night, and said:

"Lee? WHY HAVE YOU DISRESPECTED ME, MR. HAIKU?"

I was held by fear, and didnt answer. Then he said:

"I will forgive you never-the-less, and be the blade of your redemption. YOU MUST SPEAK OF MR. HAIKU AND THE ART OF NINJA!"

Which is why my minions have unleashed their minds and unveiled these lines of 575 in great numbers preaching the fists of haiku and lotus.
