By the way dear Dr., there's a terrific website, www.todotango.com. I think you'd like it. They have a link to a few Argentine radio stations, the best of them being Radio Criolla. Play it and think of me. Sweet dreams, Caio.
Re: RunOnSentence by harrytuttle 26-Sep-02/7:41 PM
Gorgeous. If I were you I'd try for something more novel then "Runs like the wind"

I believe you do capture. L's 7&8, S3, could be deleted. They detract slightly from not adding.
Re: A Day, Wasted by Joyleaf 26-Sep-02/8:16 PM
This is great it many ways and awful in others. I don't know what to tell you. It needs work but I don't want you to touch it. I enjoyed this.

what the fuck am I talking about, this thing is perfect. Some day I want to be the mom that comes downstairs and tells the blue boys to shoo.
Re: Deaf by sav876 27-Sep-02/9:17 AM
I came, I read, I voted. Contradictory. !st you're wishing to be deaf then you're wishing to be "this disease would just go away". Very weak. Seems like you wrote this on the run.
Re: West Sands, late afternoon in winter by Nicholas Jones 27-Sep-02/10:31 AM
This is simple but not simplistic.
Re: Transfixed (#2) by Christof 27-Sep-02/10:37 AM
"How definite you seem" brings the sensation of loving rushing to mind. I place my fingers to my forehead.
Re: Life's Unnoticables by apples_tim 27-Sep-02/10:42 AM
S2 is anemic, donate some time to it. Sweet, reminds me of A Child's Garden of Verse.
Re: Bloody cow by ==Doylum 27-Sep-02/10:58 AM
I have re-read through 6 or 7 of your works and can't find a thing to say.
Re: Witch to Wicca by Lenore 27-Sep-02/11:17 AM
I can feel the witches burning. "And, like a child...children," is my favorite metaphor of yours.
Re: Black Heart by ThoughtfulSoul 27-Sep-02/11:31 AM
All my love to you. My son boxes his friends on the lawn, It works wonders for them. I'm not advocating violence but it seems to me boys need the outlet. So far it's always ended positively. I like your poem.
Re: Bobbing for Apples by Rex Karrs 28-Sep-02/9:20 AM
Not as good as your 1st one, but still excellent. Fallow is a favorite word. Welcome.
Re: Liberty bells & Disney Land by horus8 30-Sep-02/1:15 PM
Very powerful towards the end. I like the way this thing builds. Line 7 seems to have a grammatical error of some kind, or I just don't get it.
Re: Wednesday's Breaking by poetandknowit 30-Sep-02/1:36 PM
Left me with a sad creepy feeling.
regarding some deleted poem... 30-Sep-02/1:51 PM
Boring piece of crap. Good title.
Re: A Sign on a Giant Donut at a Twenty Four Hour a Day Donut Shop Overlooking Pacific Coast Highway in Sunset Beach California at Eight in the Evening on September Twenty Fourth Two-Thousand and Two by Dark Angle 30-Sep-02/1:55 PM
Read Richard Brautigan. He would have given this poem a 10.
Re: At The Sloane Slattery on Saturday by Limness 30-Sep-02/2:00 PM
Belching is mis-spelled.
