Deaf (Lyric) by sav876 Riding down the street, riding down the road, looking for a story to be
told.
Nothing to my right, nothing to my left, one day i wish to be more than
deaf.
Going through life without hearing a sound, I wonder if it's even worhth
listening around.
I wish this diease would just go away, but life goes on day after day.
My life is a struggle just trying to maintain, wondering if tomorrow
would bring a new pain.
One day I'll realize I'm not deaf at all, I just hear what i want to
hear, and not listen at all

Excuse me, I am quite comfortable with my double standards! My 8 year old is pleasantly stuck in the latency period, but she knows what Ken and Barbie can do when the lights go down, if that is what you are asking. And it is SSRIs and they are the greatest invention since penicillin. Inhibit the reuptake!!! Give the neurotransmitters something to do!!
prick up your ears. SSRI's are headed for the waste bin. They cause severe withdrawal symptoms including schizophrenia & suicide. Self-medication with orgasm and semen is a far more gentle and wholesome approach. Did you know semen contains natural SSRI's and stimulates dopamine receptors?
Maybe encourage some self love, although given the genes it hardly seems nessacery, but that can have side effects as well leading to RSI's.
Self love can be a defense mechanism to inhibit vulnerabilities from rearing there ugly head.
I don't think they are. I think they are evolving as we understand exactly what function is what. Is it serotonin? Is it monoamines? Is it norepinephirine? Whatever.
