Re: The Swallower (Oh brother!) by Spanish Devil by Bachus 3-Oct-03/11:09 PM
ah horus, i fear i might be getting a tad soft

but, thankfully your always at attention with parody musicals..hrmm, there must always be carnivores to do vegan population controll, or a bell man with the most painful copper echos.

does my "im being gentle" mask suit me? or do i need to get more goddamn plaster and better molds?

as usual, your satire is a well crafted stand up session- 10.

hrmm. your point could be made clearer with a tad more simplicity in language.. course, im not one to discourage dictionary exploration

(webster is annoyed, ive ripped many corners and smudged the occasional few letters.)

but- the thing to keep in mind is: what is your goal? abstract, straightforward, inbetween? etc.

for now, i give a 7.
Re: Before My Mother's Thighs (A free purse) by Spanish Devil by Jeremi B. Handrinos 3-Oct-03/11:19 PM

tender? the sun might be colored like an apricot, but i dont think id risk taking a bite: teeth can melt.

tender, then mentioning soft infant bellies.. perhaps overdoing the details can get redundant, make your point and tighten the output..

how the poem sparks and bangs makes a huge impact on how it affects the reader.

Re: Who are the best poets on poemranker? (A list by me) by Jeremi B. Handrinos 4-Oct-03/3:23 AM
aye, i made the list..

and ive only just gotten out my slump

pleasantly surprised.

but i liked the intro much more, i like nodding profusely. the list rocks, and i there arent many that could replace you as judge.

anyway, enough yammering- i have to catch the next updraft and fly again (i didnt get these damned wings for nothing)

btw folks, its bad to have these loose ends like cuisine, because its a sign of some odd little blemish that will lead to some scandal. beware.

Oh, and folks, "i have just covered up the proof of my retardation"

BUT- getting all comments via email means that.. i can really post it all.. anyone want me to do that?

(copy pasting from IE is quite easy, i just need to get the order of the messages right.. )

what the hell is with the short lines? its damned annoying to read it in that fashion- specially since i dont see its purpose, and its written in a fashion where jaggedness doesnt suit it.

my only complaint- blessed with 7.
