Re: a comment on Poet, Earth mover by INTRANSIT 9-Mar-05/4:48 AM
No it's not, you dope. And have you ever noticed how adverbs are made from adjectives, not from nouns?

Maybe he meant portly?
Re: a comment on Fastso by Dovina 9-Mar-05/4:44 AM
Dear Christ...
Re: a comment on Severed by shadowaura 9-Mar-05/4:27 AM
How many poemranker users are you?
Re: a comment on Fastso by Dovina 9-Mar-05/4:22 AM
Q1: Oh, I see that now.
Q2: I did. You said it wasn't.
Q3: Whatever.
Q4: No it's not. I mean, yes it is, as I didn't say zero, I said practically zero. But I was serious, I hardly know any jolly Fats. And in all honesty, I've always assumed California fatties would be less jolly than non-Californian fatties. Perhaps you're mistaking the jovial shaking of their massive bosoms for real jolliness?
Q5: Don't mention it.
Q6: That means nothing except that people who acknowledge the possibility that they're sexist and fatsist are likely less sexist and fatsist than you are.
Re: a comment on a note to the politically inactive fundamentalist christians by i_am_the_popsicle 9-Mar-05/4:15 AM
I think you could clear up the issue by making infants, born or not, legally killable up until they demonstrate some agreed-upon characteristic of selfhood, like a sense of humour or preference for certain kinds of pulped foods, to name two. That would have the extra advantage of pressuring people to acquire selves at a young age, lest they be knocked off by roving Personality Squads.

God, no! Can you imagine what it would have to say about all of our internals?!?!
Re: a comment on Beetwen by Dovina 9-Mar-05/4:04 AM
Yes, if by "sex" you mean "gender, particularly female." If you mean "good sex", then bow'ls. You've been writing about wanting to (and not succeeding at) getting laid for almost a year now.
Re: a comment on Beetwen by Dovina 9-Mar-05/4:03 AM
He probably means "you konw a wrod
by its frist and lsat letetrs" is bunk. Which it is. Even you don't believe that; you believe "you konw a wrod by its frist and lsat letetrs as lnog as teh lttrse bwteeen are hte smae." And even that's not the case.
Re: a comment on Fastso by Dovina 7-Mar-05/5:26 AM
Q1: Who are you talking to?

Q2: "a hierarchy of hunger" is still bullshit, and didn't you tell me that wasn't what you were writing about?

Q3: What the hell are you talking about?

Q4: regarding, "Unlike other fat boys / her linemate isn’t jolly," what would you guess is the proportion of jolly-fat-people-you-know to non-jolly-fat-people-you-know? Mine's practically zero. So what the hell are you talking about?

Q5: Did you mean to spell Fatso as "Fastso"? Why?

Q6: In addition to being a sexist again, you're also a fatsist now. Is there any depth you won't sink to? I'll bet not.
Re: Oh! To be pressed against your windowpane by skaskowski 7-Mar-05/5:12 AM
"part of" bothered me. The rest is really quite good.
Re: The Reply by LintyWeenis 7-Mar-05/5:10 AM
re "What can I say that hasn't already been said?"

A lot of things, if you wrote about anything else :-(
Re: You Fell Asleep First by jessicazee 7-Mar-05/5:07 AM
I know a Canadian here whose knobs log me off every time.
Re: ...on the Benefits of Being Ugly by Goad 7-Mar-05/2:13 AM
I don't think you get that in limericks the rhyming words are supposed to be funny ones. Or even just odd ones, like - oh I don't know - 'laser,' 'Negro,' or 'rupture'.
Re: a comment on Forsaken by DevilBuni 6-Mar-05/7:24 AM
Do you really think we want to read something you haven't put more than a few minutes' effort into?
Re: Advertising says: by Dovina 6-Mar-05/7:17 AM
Why isn't different an adverb?
Re: a comment on It’s the Management by Dovina 6-Mar-05/7:13 AM
What do you mean by unsupported? The support is that I have practically the only recognized training on the matter in the entire world.
Re: a comment on Hunger by Dovina 6-Mar-05/7:11 AM
Oh. Well then it might interest you to know that when an Islam is hungry he says 'The birds in my stomach are singing'. Or maybe it won't. In any event, I'm afraid that's the only thing it'll be any use talking to you about now.
Re: a comment on Hunger 2 by Dovina 28-Feb-05/10:27 PM
Jesus Christ you are smug.

PS: If you're reduced to this to keep up your smug act, you are in fact cracked.

PPS: Most of the people you don't like here can read this.

PPPS: al-naafiysh probably can't.
Re: The Stab by fetisha 28-Feb-05/10:16 PM
Some advice: Don't call yourself insane in a poem, or anywhere else for that matter. Trust me, being an Insane isn't all as cute as Benny & Joon or whatever. Most of them are missing a whole lot of teeth, stink to high heaven, and aren't anything even the most selfobsessed of misanthropes want to look like. If you saw a real one, you'd know what I was talking about.
Re: The Sky Is My Nation by fetisha 28-Feb-05/10:12 PM
Q1: What about wars that actually take place mostly in the sky? Like, say, the last ten.

Q2: What is involved in being patriotic to a nation with no laws? I wouldn't have thought it possible.
