Smoking is cool because you think it is cool. That's an opinion about how it looks or feels.

You have come back for another look at one of similar facial dimensions.

I propose we discuss whether or not smoking is cool. I think it obviously is cool, because nobody likes their first few cigarettes. The only thing that makes them push through this barrier is the fact that they look cool. That, and the promise of nicotine delights on the horizon.

My face is plastered with the Golden Ratio. If you measure the distance from my chin to my eyes, and divide that by the distance between my pupils, you get phi. If it weren't for my wheelchair, and the colossal kidney dialysis machine I've got lashed to my bladder, I'd be beautiful.

Nice try, but of course you know that is not even close to what I was saying. If you want to discuss something, why do you insist on changing it first? If you want to discuss a new topic, why don't you propose a new topic?

By the way, when a peregrine falcon swoops toward its prey at close to 200 mph, it follows a curve known as a logarithmic spiral. The shortest path, of course, would be a straight one, but since a falcon's eyes are opposed on either side of its head, straight flight would require the bird to cock its head to keep the prey in sight. Nature loves the logarithmic spiral. From sunflowers, seashells and whirlpools to hurricanes and spiral galaxies, we see this form at all scales. Encoded within the logarithmic spiral is perhaps the most mystical of all numbers, phi, approximately 1.61803.
