"Absolute chestnut!!" I could not best this comment, so here it is again. (For some reason every time I read it, I burst).

Why don't you just drop the arrogance?? People have the right to comment what they think?? I didn't say your poem SUCKS. I liked it just fine, but I though it could have been improved. Anything wrong witrh improvements??? Isn't this what the comment box is for.. To leave your honest views?? I am not here to please your vanity or prick it either. I just told you what I honestly thought to be true. And besides, I have read much classier villanelles. I'd never accept it if you say PERHAPS and DRIPS are perfect rhymes. Come and tear my work apart. I'd appreciate it. But please stop taking out your spite on me. I am here to improve my poetry, not to share kick ass poems.

The syllable count is not 5-7-5 The poems fail to not rhyme The poems are not japanese The poems are not about nature. Now I am as liberal as anyone as to what constitutes a haiku but for goodness sake. What exactly did you think a haiku was.

mmm... this was beautiful! I knew that the brilliant scoundral had to be here somewhere and while scrolling down the names I say, "Hey! There's ed!". The mood was sustained nicely in this and the pictures... reminded me of something in a song.

A poem I've read elsewhere many times and, if I may, a litterary masterpiece. Had to vote on this one, it's a classic.

Ahh the element. You know, I'd yet to read the third to your series. I don't think I could weigh any of them on any sort of scale. Once more, so much poetic element. Well done!

Ahh so appeasing. Bravo! The true art of a "Haiku-ist"

Quite melancholy. You've done a great job at holding the tone of this piece. Also, the descriptions were phenominal. 10, bravo.

for all the imagery in the poem the last line hit really flat, but very good overall

Fine idea for a poem. Not sure the relevance of the sea allusions. 'A syllable aches' would probably be better.

You prayed to nothing, and nothing, i.e., God, raped you?
