Re: The Time is my enemy by Prince of Void |
26-Aug-04/8:46 AM |
Time is not our curse, nature transcient cannot be placed @ THE FEET OF TIME , to choose to make an enemy of time is not to understand that without time even our our existence becomes a nullity, a void we cannot reckon with.
In life unend we have in a way subvert the conspiracy of time, even when you mean to say death, this is why "in the ending" a "beginning" can and would be.

Much like my dark black country, Nigeria, except that unlike you, I do not see the "children born of hope" here, we are all a long way from "A new beginning"

Unfortunately, the "uncooked" beef is in wait for the fire. The butcher deed is done already.... if only our love can become love beyond the self then maybe freedom can grow to mean something in us for others.
Good poem can only fit in a world transformed free from strive and competition

love can only truly be love only when its reason is nothing but love, even God or Jesus for a reason to hinged love on, trepasses on the singular preserve of love.
I like the agitation with which the poem was written , keep close to your feelings and for sure the world would yet see more and even better poems from you.

The temptation is you or the poem, i a have feeling of happening\s or is it the title that brings the read to such a high....
life is one hell of a bleeding unend, not when for a woman , this is the very sacrifice life demands of her, painful if then love a smokescreen to cool the nerve or fool her away the truth of life is denied and turns a party in the very game of adding to the pains of humanhood, rose never cease the bleed keep the fire for nothing, for poetry to continue the circle of birth to life.

black Africa remains the darkest of heart, no thanks to the joint conspiracy of hard shoe leather of "whiteness" imperialism and the black mongols devouring and sending the youngs to live no other lives than the gun

we are eternally condemned by itself to nothingness, and for this we need not hold our selves in pain and agony over this since before death we all are helpless, but least that death is incapable of taking away from us is LIFE,lets live it in full and in meaning to make the world a better place , indeed to "REBUILDING A NEW WORLD"for the whole of humanity , this for me is my poem....
