Wow I really loved the imagery in this poem. I was reading the other comments and theres not much clue to the story in this I think I get it but dont want to look a fool. it was lovely reading your poem I am new here on this site and am reading all the top 15 poems in the next few days. I am giving you an 8, nice to meet you and thank you for sharing your lovely poem.

Oh my goodness I need cheering up as I've just read Mr Pigs 'The Blooding' that too was sad. This is incredibly poignant and moving and I hope the next one in the best list is on a happier note. I vote 9.

Oh my how romantic and I never expected it from a title like Bread & Oranges. I think your wasted on here you should be writing plays for high society theatres. I vote 10 and adore your work.

I think its wonderful. MAybe if you hadn't of referenced it to Footprints you may have had the recognition you deserve, other than that I think it carries a message of hope. 9

Beautifuly written, the attention to detail is astounding and I loved the message here and I think we miss it in our everyday lives, I love the way you write, are you married?
