Hahaha, ever get that longing to be put in a room full of sparkling wine glasses with a pair of sturdy goggles and a baseball bat? Ultra kudos for doing physics though. A friend of mine tried to teach me quantum physics; we ended up attempting to devise a whole new theory of gravity.

If we can't talk like old chums on poemeranker, where can we? He's in Michigan, I'm in Wales. And besides, it's true about the emos. It'd be more fun to replace them with emus.

Intriguing time capsule thoughts. Couple of typos.

Sweet, very sweet. I'd like to see the rhythm you start with continued all the way through - some of the shorter lines in particular disrupt the way it runs. The end of stanza one is to die for ('a day has passed and left me 30/more before she's back at home' works wonders). Perhaps you could trim a few occasions of 'love' here and there - by the time I got to the end, the word had lost a lot of its impact through the repetitions. Still a lovely, lovely read :-)

Why, yes. Believe in what you write and you'll find that your writing impresses you before it does others.

Way too much homework, and I want to demonstrate to one physics professor the physics behind a particular two-body collision: my fist and his jaw. I need to break something...

Your nagging is in violation of Men's Rule No. 1 and f.y.i. i'm not talking to any females anymore because all of you are life-sucking, abscent-minded, whimsical, love-cleavers...AND ITS ALWAYS ABOUT YOU ISNT IT?! YES, YOU'RE ALL QUITE PLEASED WITH YOURSEVES BUT THAT'S NOT ENOUGH, NO. YOU MUST PARASITE YOUR WAY THROUGH THE POPULUS CLAIMING ANY SPARK OF POTENTIAL YOU FIND IN ORDER TO FULFILL YOUR INSATIABLE THIRST FOR RUINING EVERYTHING!!!! ...eheh, got a little carried away there.

No promises means 'I won't promise to love him the way he wants me to'.... but all the same I will love him with a never ending love..'my way'.

slightly melodramatic - bits and pieces really 'work' though. Don't listen to helenwales, she writes for post 2000 Vanilla Ice.

an unusual and interesting form, not quite working yet.

Form aside, (what does it matter?)it's a good observation, but what does "punctual" and "newer" have to do with it?

Yes, I think there are parts of the world still in the Middle Ages. Maybe they still consider women possessions, not quite human, of value as cows and horses are. I think these woman would have fewer children if they could decide on the issue, and the world would be a better place. What do you think of the estimate of 9 billion people by the yeat 2050?
