I've been there, good job on showing your feelings, but i agree it could use more imagery. Try to make the reader feel the pain, dont just describe it.

About my comment on their being no evil, i was basing that on what Confucious's ideas were. The only question is who is evil and who is good. The Iraqi's and/or terrorists themselves dont think of themselves as evil, they think of themselves as the good guys, but whoever wins will end up being the "good guys", thats just how history works. So yes, there is evil, but it depends on the point of view you're at

a lot of thought into it, but it culd use a little structure work, but since its just basic free verse its ok
