Bowed (Free verse) by <~>
Did I find a chink momentarily bared when I loosed that straight and simple missive? Why did I dare? I will no more hide my eyes, it said for me who could not bring my lips to form the words nor my form near yours for fear of being pierced Once taut then emptied of quiver like a feathered thought I flew to you, true and struck at the heart

Up the ladder: Bowling For Turpentine
Down the ladder: ODE TO NICHOLAS JONES III

You are too much a good thing. You strike at my heart, and I am grateful for it.

Maybe some day I'll be able to graciously flow the pain of romance the way you two ladies do. Until then, I will be happy watching the pros.9

The tensions behind this are so powerful. For those who cannot speak, the written word is such an erotic tool. This balances up fear and anticipation, secrecy and disclosure. Woof.

Did you get the link for Scriberazone?

I've just been checking out Rex Karrs, one of your friends I think? He's good. You've introduced a few good people here (Knickytoy I think is ace) - how do you know all these poets, whereas I know none? I must hang out in the wrong places.
