Re: Pathetic by openwounds 23-Mar-03/4:34 PM
It sounds like you should just work out and beat the crap out of all these jerks, thats what I did. I was always messed with because Im a Christian. So I worked out for three months straight and next time someone made fun of me or pushed me around I kicked the crap out of them and made sure everyone saw, I didnt have anymore problems.
Re: Shut Up by openwounds 23-Mar-03/6:59 PM
Who gave this a 10? This sounds like some kind of Manson song, I would have taken it as a plea for help from a tormented child until the last line "Now I'm pretty" it just creeped me out, it appears that years of abuse have pushed you to the edge of sanity, I just can't help thinking of Slipknot or whatever those bands are that sing of self mutilation and depravity. Bands I am sure you idolize and hold in high regard. Wake up. The way you are now is not because some jock beat you up or the pretty girls giggle at you, it is because you let them, the only person to blame for your depression is yourself. The second you let them get to you, the second you give up is where you are to blame. All my life people have told me I?m not good enough, It makes me stronger, that is what I feed off of. The more people say Ill never amount is what pushes me further. Some good advice, no matter how crappy your surroundings become don?t give up, do not let them get to you.

Re: Attention! - To the Wondering Soul by darkhelmet10 28-Mar-03/12:04 PM
Alright zz66 Ill break it down for you, first off, what you said about God making homos and it being alright is a lie, I don?t know who told you that or maybe you saw two male dogs humping each other and took a mental note, but your wrong. Even if there is homosexuality in nature it doesn?t matter. You see we humans have something animals do not, that is a soul. We also have comprehension of things like god and right and wrong, a dog knows its wrong to crap on the carpet only because he has been taught that if he does he will receive punishment. We as humans have a conscience and know instinctively what is wrong and right. Getting back to the point, Here is what the Bible has to say about homosexuality,

"Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable" (Leviticus 18:22) and

"If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads" (Leviticus 20:13) and

In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion" (Romans 1:26-27).

I don?t know how anyone in their right minds who would, after reading these passages think that homosexuality is acceptable.

Getting on with the next point,

<No, it doesn?t depend on how you view it. No matter how you look at it, it is still evil, >

What I mean is, sin is still sin, no matter how YOU look at it. Killing the Iraqis is not a sin because they are the ones who attacked us first. They funded terrorists that killed 2000 of our citizens, it might as well been Saddam flying the plane. It is now our right to avenge our dead. God also says that it is our obligation to stop evil around the world. And that is exactly what we are doing.

<The Iraqis were just minding their own business and then BAM here comes America with their big guns their banners of freedom and wealth. I cant help thinking that this country is slowly dying and the masses don?t give a damn, they are content to live their lives and stay out of other peoples business, what happens when the law is determined by your beliefs, there is a word for that its called ANARCHY!!>

This last statement was what liberals like yourself all around America are saying, <the Iraqis were just minding their own business and then BAM here comes America with their big guns their banners of freedom and wealth.> They don?t think we have the right to protect ourselves against terrorists, they say that it can all be ?Resolved? I say the only way to resolve this conflict is to dig out all the hiding Iraqi leaders from their little holes and then bury them again.

<I cant help thinking that this country is slowly dying and the masses don?t give a damn, they are content to live their lives and stay out of other peoples business,>

The average teenager doesn?t know anything about politics and are content to stay that way. They don?t know what?s really going on over in Iraq all they know is what they are fed. They take all they hear and believe it because they only get one side of the story. And that story doesn?t include morals or God, it says ?America is greedy and wants more oil and is masking it by saying that Iraq is a threat to our everyday life.? On a side note, if you don?t believe me go online and check any survey on what teens know about politics. Half of teens can?t even tell you who our vice president is. That is shameful.

ZZ66, next time get some proof to back up your arguments. If your going to bring up what God thinks about things then you better be able to back it up with his own words, also known as the Bible.

Just because I know right from wrong doesn’t mean I’m 12, you seem to think that religion is beneath you. That you are sufficient by yourself, you are your own God. Do you ever wonder if you’re wrong? Does your agnostic Christian hating soul ever long for more than this empty reality? IF you can tell me the point of life and why its worth living then Ill change my mind, but so far the trials and all the crap isn’t worth living for. You go to school to get useless knowledge and then get married to a pretty face, 9-5 until your 50 then kick back and enjoy emptiness. I don’t want that, and the only thing keeping my moving is the fact that one day ill be somewhere better. I can’t prove it, but it sounds a hell of alot better than the alternative.

Awesome,-9- just as a heads up, youll probably be getting some nasty comments about how your a brainwashed fool that relies on the Bible to solve the problems you are afraid of. But dont worry, keep it up.

Re: Lossing Grip by Katie2 2-Apr-03/8:37 PM
Jeez all this suicide stuff gets me depressed. I really like the first verse though, cadacus is right, The chorus is a little long. I have that problem sometimes when Im writing songs as well, mine are either too long or too short, I havent mastered the middle ground. I would suggest asking someone you know you likes writing songs to help you, that always helps with alot of my weak points. But overall pretty good. -7-

Jolly good and good day to you my boy, ta ta (I would give it a good vote but seeing that you hold the most poems on the worst list Ill help you keep it that way)-0-
Re: Morning Glory by waltfreakinwhitman 2-Apr-03/9:09 PM
Not so much the tugging or the white fury, but every morning without fail I have to do the bend and tuck. It fights back but I can tame it after awhile. Its worse when it salutes in your sleep and you role over, talk about a rude awakening. I give it a -0- for retarded truthfulness, I want this to be dominating the worst list. Way to go! p.s. great user name.

Try last line like this, "As you are killing me, slowly killing my fire." it has a nicer ring to it. -5-
