Re: a comment on Getting the Cool Kids To Like Me by the codeine kid 26-Jun-04/1:03 PM
oh dear the big boys have come out to play abd they are unhappy because someone has pinched their ball...oh and i take it you mean you're a cock and not your a cock...just what do they teach you at those weekly meetings you attend at the frustrated unpublished writers meetings down at the poemrankers arms(real ale only) (nice one p!)...and you and god's hussy might as well be the same person because you are both self absorbed, humourless hags and in the words of the great James Joyce and Johnny Rotten ...you are both bollix!

oh and tyhe way you dismiss "Pop culture" with sneering contempt gives you away as the prissy, psuedo intellectual snob you so obviously are...and you're not even clever (or big!)

You tit...

Re: a comment on FINGER PIE by titan69 2-Jun-04/1:55 PM
Hairy pie. this is fantastic. a woman under the covers never ages. i bet there's loads of "poets" on this site wish they'd wrote that line. Stunning.

Re: a comment on GENTLE JANE by titan69 2-Jun-04/1:45 PM
Titan...i'm reading your stuff and there seems to be a recurring theme here...you seem to be a happy fun loving guy who obviously enjoys winding up the more pretentious elements on poemranker and you make me feel embarressed about my own miserabilist self pitying tendencies (I'm not a trainspotter however...THAT one really is made up okay) (is it really a coincidence that poemranker rhymes with w.....???
) but Titan...are you getting enough?
Re: Sisters of mercy by titan69 2-Jun-04/1:38 PM
i love the narcotic...robotic (ally) bit. full marks for even thinking you could get away with it. and also the line about "emotions welling" most people would have gone on to rhyme it with "penis swelling" or summat but no...you lead us astray ther reign us back in with "she put her hands across my mouth to try and stop me yelling" genius!keep up the squiggling and squirming!!!

Re: Jimmy and Chichi Choo (Sub-Dylan Bullshit Blues) by the codeine kid 2-Jun-04/9:17 AM
this is more a song than a poem...to be read aloud in the style of dylan's homesick blues...there's no big or clever words or word play but it kinda...SKANKS
