Before I write a proper comment and risk incurring your wrath, do you want constructive criticism or will it make you rather irate if I write a less-than-flattering synopsis? I've been there myself with the first few posts; tell me what you want before I rush to conclusions here...

The sound of a rainbow is soft, happy music.
The sound of infinity is the wind.
The sound of a shadow is a horn.
The sound of silence is total quiet or extreme loudness.
The sound of winter snow is a soft wind blowing.
The taste of happiness is no sins inside of you.
The taste of a promise is a piece of cooked steak that holds the inside parts together.
The taste of candlelight is jalapeno peppers.
The taste of twilight is toothpaste.
The texture of sadness is smooth tears coming out of your eyes.
The texture of memories can be rough or smooth.
The texture of fear is bumpy.
The structure of comfort is built with pillows.
The structure of loneliness is an empty shell.
The vision of warmth is sunlight.
The fabric of wishes is soft and cuddly.
The flavor of laughter is sweet and bold.
The musical chord of a mistake is "Bummm, bum, bum, bum.".
The colors of caring are blue, yellow, orange, red, pink and purple.
The weight of commitment can be either light or heavy.
The apparel of fog is a sweatshirt.
The cost of an emotion can be happiness.

We still don't know what wishes are made from but it's soft and cuddly.

Second graders continue to use their creative and critical thinking skills during their time in ZOOM Class on Monday/Tuesday. One of the unique thinking strategies that is introduced is called SCAMPER, (Substitute, Combine, Add, Multiply, Minify, Magnify, Put to other uses, Eliminate, and Rearrange). This concept helps people of any age to think up new ways to present an idea or to solve a problem. Word choice, organization, sentence fluency, voice, and presentation styles are key components in all of the children's language arts projects. Creative stories are written in the unique pattern used by author Laura Numeroff! The children share their special places for fun, friends, relaxation, and reflection in pictures and three-liner poetry. The children also learn more about economics through the Junior Achievement program, "Our Community".

Cars?
I'm not too sure about 'very long racing stripes', the 'very long' is really simplistic compared to the rest of it.
Catchy though.

'Seen four the seven seas', is that meant to be '...four of the seven seas'? Because if so I think it would work better as '...four of seven seas'. If I'm missing something obvious here, bear with me. I'm tired.
I think the grammar and structure could do with being worked on, but I like the content and images - they could do with being brought out a little more though.

For genuine apology there ought to be regret, not that I need to apologise for anything here because I love this poem.

Intransit, as good as I think you've gotten over the past couple of years, I don't think anyone, not anyone, could make the "deer in the headlights" image sound anything but hackneyed. And headlights, even by analogy, can't be complacent. (Nor fearful, for that matter. Confusing, sure, because they can confuse.) Semantics aside: the truck imagery would work better, I think, if it were attached to something more developed; something we could get a fix on. Right now this seems just amorphous angst with axles.

Try my luck? Is that a dare or an invitation?
Nobody's ever been committed for saying they're the God of Fucking. Besides I have my believers.
What if Jesus came back would you unknowingly have him committed too?

Not that it matters (because you wouldn't--and shouldn't--reference it so explicitly), but Valentine's Day, the giving of valentines on Feb 14, has been popular for a long time. (I used to collect ephemera--vintage postcards, paper, etc., and Victorian valentines were popular w/ a lot of folks.) So they would have known of the custom--and the significance of the sweetheart holiday--in all likelihood (even gangsters have to impress the dames with a little romance--initially, anyway).
GW gave you some good crit, and I think she's right that if you wanted that V-day connection, that sense of offering, it's not quite there. But I think even a single, subtle line would do it. (The reader has to be responsible for getting some of it, too.) I think it's what you tried to do in the "lacking even the dignity" line, no? But it got lost in there somewhere.
