Dear Stevie-babe: I was talking about your alleged poems which are obsessed with gay sex. And now you seem to be obsessed about sex with black men too. And black lesbians. Had you thought of slitting your throat and giving the world a break?

for the heroine and the poetic justice (pun intended), a 10.
the poem could be more powerful. as it stands, the story is stronger than the presentation.

Boring in the extreme. And what on earth are all these garbage comments about? People should get a life and grow up.

Dear Dark Angel, You are talking total bilge. Rice is a black woman. The term "Afro-American" is just plain stupid, but not as stupid as saying "African-American". I am not aware she was born in Africa. These silly PC terms are futile rubbish.
There is nothing wrong with being a black woman. This is the term used in Britain and is the correct one. Exactly the same as calling Bush a white man. What is wrong is being a lack of Bush and a hypocrite. That is what Rice is. The Lebanese quite rightly told her to bugger off. And if I were unfortunate enough to meet either her or Bush that is what I would say too.

I am not going to let you turn this around to make yourself out to be "the good guy" You are an arrogant bastard who can not see the wrong in what he said to another person. You were INSULTING. I do not see your own poem on suicide as particularly clever ... in my opnion her "weak attempts "are far better than your best could ever hope to be. Maybe next time you will actually learn something instead of trying to put yourself up on a pedastal eh?

Aaah finally! I've found a true poet amongst the riff-raff! Pleased to make your aquaintance! You are quite correct that true poetry comes from the heart. I write about anything and everything, from emotions to life situations to frienship to fantasy (not sexual fantasy!!!).

I thought with a name like Edna that you might be a "female" and therefore guiding a black man's penis up your arse would not be a homosexual act. Please accept my apologies if you are actually male, in which case you guide a heaving sweaty nergress'colossal strap on up your arse.

You seem to have an obsession about homosexuality. Is this because you are a guilt-laden fat ugly fairy? I am only asking because I like to laugh at people like that.

Yes, and we realize that sufficient time has not elapsed for a proper retraction to be composed for the following:
âFor hundreds of years Man has tried to tame the Negro, but in all that time only one Negro can be said to have been fully domesticated, and that was Bill Cosby. Since then, Negroes have laid their eggs all over America, and where once a single Man, whipping for 24 hours a day, was enough to curb their beastly urges, Townsfolk now need to employ fifty such Men, each of them whipping furiously, drenched in sweat, and unable to adjust their Wellingtons. Eventually, they die of exposure. It is true, a Man may befriend a Negro, but that is simpy because the Negro is trying to lure the Man back to its burrow so it can make him watch Sidney Poitier films. Quite frankly, the 'doubt and reluctance' we all feel when approaching Negroes is the only thing stopping us from spouting afros and covering ourselves in ridiculous gold trinklets.â http://poemranker.com/poem-details.jsp?id=124271

She isn't 'black' -- she's African American. You're just getting yourself into even more trouble by not offering a full retraction. We've had problems with racism on poemeranker before. Fortunately, after realising that they've been racist, previous offenders have apologised and revised their remarks accordingly. It would be helpful, not to say courteous, if you'd do the same. Thank you.
