i'm not sure of the full legal stance on that, but i'm pretty sure that copyright is pretty tight, and the above excuse, pathetic as it clearly is, doesn't really hold any credence whatsoever.
So when are you taking your âoriginalâ The Color of magic / Harry Potter and the Order of The Phoenix / War and Pease to the publishers â after all their yours till someone spots that theyâre not. What a pr!ck

I've frequently confessed to plagiarism and yet you still felt the need to create a special account just to point it out over and over again. Even on poems where it's been pointed out by other people and I've admitted it. Just a few lines up I've said that I only claim poems are mine until someone spots that they aren't.
Which makes you a stupid loser with too much time on your hands.

I have owned up every time someone's spotted that one of 'my' poems actually isn't (at least when I notice). I have frequently stolen poems from various sources and claim all poems on my account are my own work only until someone correctly references the original source.

If anyone out there would like to see more of Roberts work (the real author of this poem and others that bobjim has stolen)then please look him up. You can probably already see he has a large and devoted fanbase. He would appeal to anyone found of Jasper Fforde or Terry Pratchett (although he wouldn't thank me for saying that!)and is a very compelling author of far fetched fiction; his body of work is prolific and he usually has a large amount of shelf space in all major bookshops.

I loved this poem.
I loved it the first time I read it in Robert Rankins work.
Why be a plagiarist, if you liked the poem why not just tell people about Robert's work. Why pass it off as your own when you so freely admit to stealing work?

Bobjim, it seems, is a right thieving shyzer - theres quite a few of Rankin poems that have been plagiarised by our lad bobjim! Can't write your own original poems?
