In a persons poem listing with voting/comments history, is it possible to change the color of the font when an update is made?
for example, in the entry:
Concrete Cross Concrete 5.48 30-Dec-03 5 07:50 AM 27
the time update of "07:50" would be red[...]

When you edit a poem is it possible for the edited line to appear in bold or underlined so that readers can see whats been changed, or if the writer has heeded the advice from critics to make certain amendments?

in order to encourage ranking, i suggest that a user not be able to post a comment unless he has ranker. once he has voted, the switch will be set to 'on' for all future comments (unless the piece is edited, in which case the commenter will have to vote a[...]

If you make a comment, it should be visible under your own index page (see comments, including replies to comments), even if the poem you commented on is deleted, and even if the author of said poem deletes it. it could say, "regarding some deleted poem" o[...]

I'd like an XML-RPC and/or SOAP interface to poemranker - so that other websites and/or desktop-applications can build things like "top poem of the day is:" and "search for poems about:" and stuff like that.

I have a possible solution to the vote problem on poemranker.
The amount of anonymous votes should be limited to how many user votes their are, for example if their are only 5 green votes then the blue anonymous votes will ONLY have a Maximum of 5.

I say do away with having your votes disappear when you edit a poem. What's the point of losing all the votes so you can fix typos and mispellings and such?
