The palpable pain that made it real:
The Flesh on which he fed.
The bed spread white to red.
The beautiful lies she gave him.
The time that she forgave him:
The sawed-off between his fesses.
The mess to which she confesses.

One should kill randomly without personal ties to the victim. Otherwise, it's just another lame boring crime of jealous genitalia.
I feel that there is something missing too. It does need to describe the 'beautiful scars'. But other than that it was very good.
