Beautiful Scars (Other) by William Delacroix

The beautiful scars he gave her. The time that he betrayed her: The voices in his head. The words he never said. The love she longed to feel. The palpable pain that made it real: The Flesh on which he fed. The bed spread white to red. The beautiful lies she gave him. The time that she forgave him: The sawed-off between his fesses. The mess to which she confesses.

I feel that there is something missing too. It does need to describe the 'beautiful scars'. But other than that it was very good.
