Love doggerel
Lyra is as slow to woo,
As halon is to fission.
But her kiss inspires you
As liquor does elision.
These attributes will make you do
The things she says you can't,
Like an erring worker who
Comes drunk to the nuclear plant.

What?
a)Halons are compounds (molecules), fission is a nuclear process.
b)The elements in these molecules have lower atomic numbers than iron, so they wouldn't spontaneously fission anyway (their nuclei have a lower mass than their component nucleons)
I did just find out that "lyrate" is a word meaning "lyre shaped" though, which is pretty excellent.
