In my previous suggestion, I joked that violetsuede weighed 280 pounds (i.e. 20 stone). At the time, I thought that 280 pounds would prove to be a gross exaggeration. Surely no woman could weight so much? But then I saw her entry on americansingles.com, in which she states her weight to be 250 pounds (i.e. 18 stone). Now, given the inevitable and deliberate concealment of the truth on such websites, I think it highly likely that she actually weighs more than 250 pounds. So my initial estimate, the comedy of which lay in the incredibility of the claim, may well be accurate, and therefore unfunny.
From the US Center for Disease Control: More than 9 million Americans are severely obese (ie, 100+ lbs over their ideal body weight).
This is equal to the population of London + 2 mil. If you can imagine a London populated with 300lb Americans in cotton shorts and oversized t-shirts printed with American flags and Warner Bros cartoons, you'll have some idea what we see ALL THE TIME here.
And that's jusst the severely obese, what about the partially fat - Jesu on his cross, what a filthy fat cuntry you live in. What you (as a country) need is a good pair of stout walking boots, sturdy socks, and two world wars (from the start) and you will soon shift that horrendous midrift.
