Stubborn Lips (Free verse) by kazeaki
What would appease your sour lips And cause curl toward heaven again? I would even look Medusa in the eye (And remain unpretentious) For when I put my pucker to your lemon brow The pucker is exaggerated. And I wish your lips taste sweetly And their corners chipper-turned.
