Those British Boys (Free verse) by embersandenvelopes
Under thin trappings of skin sliding over skin, I envision those British boys clarmoring around, throwing accents and eyelashes. The words would be lost under a thirsty wind, and flags exchanging continents could still rise and fall with a breath. Well, I never understood the charm of it all even at a tender sixteen, before all the men were metrosexuals.

Up the ladder: Time Imperfect
Down the ladder: slice of moonlight
