not in triumph or surrender;
It is obtained from conflicts
that force ones mind and soul
to blossom with roots
entwined deep within the soil.
Competition is only a means
to such an end;
the fool greets loss
with despair--
A king accepts it with a gentle smile
knowing he has become stronger
with his weakness revealed
to his own piercing eyes.
