Glory Bound (Free verse) by kazeaki
Keep your head held high, love, for the world is hued in violet shades. Let them say you are of nothing made! For glory finds his victims from grime to velvet sheets. Someday you will meet Gaea. Your feet will kiss the bottom sea and your eyes shine with the stars.

Last 3 lines exemplify the power of good poetry. Much in little. Meditative. Makes me feel worthwhile. I get stuck on the idea of glory having victims. 7
