Her Smile's Salvation (Sonnet) by Win
I take but one false step and I lose all Fortune deserts me, Happiness beguiles And left alone to make my stand or fall I struggle 'gainst cruel Fate and all its wiles For Destiny is not mine to control And Life's a road that goes I know not where Night comes, and darkness falls upon my soul Yet just when I would sink into despair, Her eyes like sunshine turn my night to day Her voice is sweetness, innocent and true Her touch brings comfort, all my fears allay Her kiss is rapture, pure and ever-new Just when I need her most, she comes to me Her smile's salvation and it sets me free

Up the ladder: Anatomy
Down the ladder: AND A NICE CUP OF CHAR

God, I lost the feeling in my legs reading that... wait a minute? I don't even have legs. ARGHHHHHHH.

Yeah, it's kind of a rip-off of Shakespeare's well-known 29th sonnet. Just felt like trying a different style.
