Can there be love
How I yearn
to be without me
to be prideless
in humility
There can be no rhythm
on a shallow surface
no sound
on a wavering string
Watch, how i move
my eyes
restless
unfocused
These sights around me
in the picture - unpainted
on a mirrored canvas
Streaks of colors
reds and whites
with a broken brush
Can you not sense
my reminence
my apology
to you
to myself

r u tryin to describe humility?
I don't mean to sound dumb but where exactly are you going with the poem? and are you trying to say Reminiscence or eminence in the third line from the last? I don't think reminence is correct.
makes me feel inadequate, somehow
works like this make me wonder why i even bother writing 8/10
i think you should become a proffesional...i've been reading these to a friend of mine and she's fallen in love with them...she said they are some of the most well written she's seen yet on poemranker...i'll have to agree.
