My friend (Lyric) by Luv2write
I'm too afraid to tell you How much you mean to me Too afraid to let you know You're the only one I see I'm too afraid to tell you The love I have inside Too afraid to throw away My foolish, selfish pride I'm too afraid to tell you All the things I think and feel About the love I've always hoped Would one day be so real I'm too afraid to let you know The things held in my heart Too afraid to look to the day When our romance will start I was too afraid to tell you So hard for feelings hid Still too afraid to tell you But I think that I just did

This poem is cool, it's exactly the same if you read it backwards as when you read it frontwards.

How'd you do that?

Sweet and innocence shines through, originalty does not. However that will come with experience and practice. As a teen I forced myself to write which was in retrospect a mistake. However you may use parts of this poem as a theme for another poem later in life, keep writing: 6 :-)

Wow! What a delicious twist in the ending! With these Fererro Rocher you are really spoiling us!

Oo...Nice twist, good rhyme scheme, overall good poetry. The meter needs a little work but that is something that can be easily fixed.
