the play (Free verse) by famenglory
Is everyone ready to go? The lights are up and bright The house is full tonight Your lines i hope you know Is everyone in their places? Will the audience scorn or love? My heart flutters like the wings of a dove And in the end will there be tears orsmiles on thier faces?

Up the ladder: Love
Down the ladder: dollar collar

Will the play be enjoyed by the aristocratic, older than God, white couple seated on row 1...probably not, but that's the point.

could use some serious work on delivery, I think. it's cute, but it doesn't flow, and that loses it for me. 4
