I've said the games you play Well they are getting old And the once warm feelings They have long been cold But you get out your jacket And your playing clothes What goes on inside your mind No one really knows If there is a solution To the problems that we face Then why is it that the problem Is the only thing I taste What held us together Is ripping us apart And slowly tearing from my chest The game you called my heart

I've been reading a poetry anthology edited by Billy Collins where he (Billy) capitalizes the first words of lines I know weren't capitalized in their originals. It is a little off-putting. Seems like most poets I read do capitalize occasional poems, but nowhere near consistently. I think it's mainly a problem for people who aren't used to reading through enjambment.

Most Windows operating systems come with MS word and unless you change it's settings it will capitalize the first letter of every line. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Have you read "Niether Snow"? I like it. It reminds me of driving in Pennsylvania.

Not bad. Billy Collins isn't awful, but didn't deserve to be US Poet Laureate. I imagine some educated people made a big list of poets who hadn't criticized the war yet, and W just picked the one from Texas.

I believe WordPad.. but then again that was years ago.. I just decided that it needed a title after this long.. I didn't want to delete it. A reminder to the way I used to write.

Vague. Get some details in there. Who, what, where and when, for starters. Unless you're Chris Isaak - in which case, not bad for you.
