Waiting for things to Happen
I spin my wheels
as I tend the pots
and note the dates and
other
whatnots
the pots are a'simmerin'
soon to be boilin'
I'll be 'leased from this toilin'
and on to the next
other
whatnots
and in the spare ticks
cycles unused
I cast my rod out
and look for my muse
for more stuff to do
to fill in the ticks
to justify living
and other
whatnots
