i dunno (Free verse) by New Life Drug
I have found I have nothing to write about not one drop of poetic essence dripping from my mind unto my lazy fingers. Drip, drip, the saliva coats my sour tongue I taste the candy oh yum yum I have found not one step towards lines of beauty waltzing through my foggy eyes Waltz, waltz, my feet must walk I think i'll go to the movies to stand in line to be continued

Up the ladder: Of Eye Contact
Down the ladder: Feelings Inside

You open up with 'I have nothing to write about' then continue with some really interesting lines. I'd rank this much higher if you got rid of the first lines and took off with the rest in another direction.

I honestly didn't have anything to write about, so I wrote that. The interesting lines that follow are me writing about me not having anything to write about.. yet I do... I think the first line matters. I was going to finish the poem up later on (hence the "to be continued") but I suppose that is the end of the poem. It is not to be continued.. "to be continued" it is a line. And with that, why can't "I have found I have nothing to write about" be a line. Get it now? OH WELL. Just another poetic mistake turned into a confusing meaning by me...
