Recess (Lyric) by horus8
Teeter totter playground Off the slide, i make no sound I hit the sand, then run around On the swings I will be found At teeter totter playground Teeter totter playground We latchkeys gather at the spot Reminisce and talk a lot We play a game called truth or dare To lose remorse, and just not care There's my teacher, Autumn dress I have a crush, i must confess She's thirty-two, and I'm just eight I doubt that we could procreate On teeter totter playground The parents denied the ride and lied to deceive them The pressure capped over, held under, hiding these creatures But, now leaks have gathered a lather of rabid dementia Just remember because they won't I betcha Teeter totter playground On the swings, i have been found Holding my torn teacher's dress I'm one up, and she's one less Her make-up is a tear-streaked mess On teeter totter playground For teeter totter playground I built a shrine to the sound The children all laugh at me A merry-go-round of uncertainty On teeter totter playground The latchkey kids are underground Necklaced keys have turned noose On the gallows of their self-abuse The massacre was self-induced On teeter totter's playground The parents denied the ride and lied to deceive them The pressure capped over, held under, hiding these creatures But, now leaks have gathered a lather of rabid dementia Just remember because they won't I betcha

Normally I run and hide from lyrics. I don't want to ruin a musicians piece by saying some thing about something I know nothing about. (That was circular). This piece I liked. Sad but I liked it.9

All we need is the song Jeremy as an java add-on. Working on it as we speak. Perhaps a video starring someone appropriate. Like it, though.

This would be better if you didn't say "teeter totter playground" every fucking line.

i don't say it "{every fucking line) there are 39 lines and out of those 39, 9 lines have teeter totter playgroud. and it's a fucking song and that happens to be the return phrase you ball busting recluse. don't you have a turd or a puddle of pee or a missing face to study somewhere?

A missing face? What? I think you win because I have no idea what you're talking about.

figures. maybe? a 'splendid' missing face, perhaps purchased at lord avery's garage sale along with the waffle iron and the clenched buttocks of greystoke.

well, take a listen for yourself at gangbox.com under mp3's.
you may here beverly d'angelo talking about apples, helicopters, machine guns and children laughing...at teeter totter playground. actually we mixed the song right after columbine for jason bentley at kcrw in los angeles. needless to say. he was a bit put off by it.ironically now years later..it's getting much better reviews for being original and ahead of its time.
