On your own the only way you can work out hte trauma is by re-creating it! It's a fact. You are in a very fragile and dangerous state of mind. You need guidance getting through it. you should be talking with girls who have been through what you've been through. You don't need your parents approval, your 14 go to a support group on your own. Start there. Just do it once, to prove I'm wrong.
