Faded Passion (Free verse) by Dariana
The love dies slowly like a fading fire, promises of passion now unkept, hearts shattered by tense moments, intimacy swept under the rug like broken fragments of glass. Illusions of desire once felt, stolen away by the dying flames. Intimate moments once shared, gone like the rush of the wind. The night comes with dread; no longer our time to yearn, to touch, to feel. to fall deep into emotion. Adrift, we fall away, from the power of love, Apart, we hold onto memories, of what once we shared.

Up the ladder: Broken Promise
Down the ladder: Pure

Ok now you started it off really good until about the 3rd Stanza then it kinda lost the sense of emotions and jumped into a cold-hearted ocean with the 4th Stanza which seemed too sudden but I still understand what you're getting at where as others may not but i'll let ya go on this one since I felt your pain. 6

Not too bad...I suspect the period after "to feel" was a typo, meant to be a comma. This didn't really move me, I guess because it sounds/reads like a million others.
