forever it was you (Free verse) by the indign
I met you just the other day. I didn't know you. You were beautiful. I never got to hold your hand or whisper secrets in your ear; never got to share with you all the things in life that make you love. But I got to spend time with you and learn just who you are - the way you think, the way you are, your energy and sprite. I got to know you and your personality. You were beautiful. And so was your heart and everything you are. I got to know you and fell for you so hard, knowing you will never love me too and that I'll never get to see: how you live and love and play, how you kiss on warm summer day, how warm is your heart when I hold you in my arms. I loved you then, after I saw how wonderful you are. But not for me; not meant to be. We were never meant to be. And so I watch you as you live and love those whom you love; Watch as you walk into his arms and move blindly away from me. And you are beautiful.

Sounds very sweet and so in love. But I can't understand , if you were so in love how come you never did anything to prove it to her. and you've resigned yourself to that fate.... Think about it...it'slike you've never really done anything about it but watch her all the time.... maybe she needed more from you.
