Amsterdam One (Free verse) by durr_T_hip_E
bicycles bind everything we are everything - again - as the train station wanders away behind and back further away from this and that treading towards a bridge every bridge is a bicycle rack everyone walks here they carry backpacks full of the world friendliness finds a home in public parades of content cyclists riding across bridges and open borders worldly soldiers march trading prayers while skeletons fall secretly celebrating life as bicycles rust and die here

Up the ladder: A Prayer
Down the ladder: Sages

I hope you're talking about the Rails-to-Trails project we have going in America, where abandoined railroad rights-of-way are being converted to bicycle trails. Revive the bicycle!
