Magnets & Cross-Eyed Children (Free verse) by Bachus
I came to you in need You followed me with lies A gravity compressing with no compromise A silence as heavy as all of the steel You could put in a gun, Or chasis on wheels. I have for you something, but it is a secret. I have for you something, you will never deserve. A perfect attraction, and I'll let you keep it. A glass crackling symphony Of garulous verve. When I'm done, you can kiss my ass As you make those Indians move I'll be your future shadow's past & bring the devil's sassiest groove. And in fact if my memory serves me right Which it always does You were not much to remember Now that magnets buzz.
