A Fine Day To Exit (Other) by OnTheOtherHand
There's feeling in a headstone
There's caring for a grave
Apathy defeats suicide
That doesn't make it brave
Lonely winter's night
On a hot summer's day
Trapped inside his bedroom
He can't get away
Hardly still living
He doesn't even exist
There's no point in dying
If you'll never be missed
Sickness at the door
Raping him in his bed
Pushing the right buttons
And fucking with his head
He cut off his creators
He exorcised the love
He no longer contacts anyone
From Earth or above
It's useless talking to him
He says he's okay
But now it's almost August
He hasn't seen sunlight since May
Caged with hunting demons
Slave to his lack of will
Waiting for his past
To move in for the kill
A fine day to exit
A good time to escape
Why become a raisin
When you can remain a grape?
Trying to fight back
To escape the demon's command
OneFingerAnswers with destruction
Salvation OnTheOtherHand
