Detox (Other) by OneFingerAnswer
Once heated spoons
Split open balloons
Legs gone numb
A pacifier thumb
Left out in the hall
He sleeps against a wall
Tears on that large frame
All arguments are so lame
Help is a pitiful cry
There comes no soft reply
No words for him, this
Man in his own piss
I swore never to talk to you again
I have signed less serious oaths in pen
I meant to hear nothing more about you
But now what the hell can I do?
Not to leave him cold,
But no I'm not sold
It still breaks my heart
But I need some part
Pick him up by his thick arms
Calm his shakes with some Lucky Charms
First food in what must be days
I can only hope he stays
