Blue Tarp (Lyric) by hotwire
By Bily Foster
I can't believe
after everything we've been through
Your focused on
something cheap and blue
A cheap tarp
that can be gotten any place
is as important to you
as satin and lace
After providing shelter,
friendship, and food
All those months
and now your so rude
What is it
you're trying to hide
That you need
that blue tarp by your side
A cheap tarp
that can be gotten any place
Is as important to you
as satin and lace
Now you see
it's esculated
and now that blue tarp
has got me jaded
I really believed in you
tried it your way
Even after all
the hurtful things you say
But it's time to uncover the truth
what is it you hide
the fact that your scared
or that you lied
Maybe lied
is to harsh a word
but wait
your the one being ubsurd
You tell the story
through your eyes
I guess forgetting facts
doesn't count as lies
A cheap tarp
that can be gotten any place
Is as important to you
as satin and lace
So focused on the tarp
that you call me lazy
Even though I felt sick
and crazy
It's a blue tarp
worth six dollars
It is really worth
all this whoop and holler
Change your focus
change your life
Your the one
causing all your stryfe
You wish people dead
oh wait that isn't what you said
You were just upset
Now look at who's the one with regret
You tell people
their wasting their lives
But we don't care
where that blue tarp lies
