I Am A Poor Little Boy In The Land Of Love (Free verse) by sweetzephyr
I am a poor little boy in the land of love
Sans a single penny in my empty purse
But yet I think, I am the richest boy in Earth
For I have a lover, an entrancing little girl,
Who loves me much like a baby adoring
Its doll, and her love for me burns brighter,
Than the broad daylight Sun, and explores
Much deeper, than the Dynamic thoughts
Of revered men. She blooms like the flowers
In the celestial garden of my heart, spreading
Her rosy fragrances, all over my burnt essence
Yes, I am a poor little boy in the land of love
Sans a single penny in my ever empty purse
Yet, Riches wont aspire me, for in the hut of
Rich love, I do reside contentedly evermore
Ceaselessly unperturbed beside my rich heart
Resting on my loves lap and caressing her hairs
Pitying???. Those who lives in the rich mansion
Never at peace within, Where dwells no love
Beside their poor hearts, masked by the gold lust
