For Elizabeth, Wherever She May Be (Lyric) by wilco
All dressed up like Sunday morning; yellow flower in your hair. Took a good long look at something, and decided you couldn’t take it anymore. Lately you’ve been feeling like me: scared and restless and bored with love. All broken up over nothing and maybe it’s got nothing to do with me. Elizabeth, I hope you’ve got sunny days wherever you are. Hung over like Sunday morning; still haven’t been to bed. I’ve been drinking so long for nothing, and decided this shouldn’t be a young man’s dream. Lately I’ve been feeling like hell: drunk and tired and bored with life. All broken up over something and maybe it’s got everything to do with you. Elizabeth, I hope you’ve got sunny days wherever you are.
