Friendship thrown away (Free verse) by cutiewithceli
Standing alone with no one around, The silence is scary, not a sound. I wish someone would speak to me, And say a simple word. I've already said that I'm sorry, Not accepting that is absurd. It's been so long since I've felt this way, Since the silence has washed over me. I love the old person I was, So loving, happy and carefree. Why would someone make another human, Feel the way I feel right now? With simple words a mood can change. But I find myself alone talking a 'loud. I wish I could take back, What I did or didn't do. The things I should have said, But I can't change history its true. Such a young friendship, Thrown away just like that. I guess with nothing left to say, I'll leave it alone and that is that.

Down the ladder: Large Man on peach sandel
