A little part (Free verse) by savannah
A Little Part I had never lost anyone special to me, until the day we took a part for some time. A time where I thought there was something missing in my heart, but I only grew to understand that my heart was just filled with more of your love. I know I will see you later on, opening the doors into a different life for me. So I am not saying good-bye I am just saying a simple see you later. All I am left with, of you is my childhood memories and pictures. And of course something I will never forget, your ring. Something that will always remind me of you, it is now a part of me too. I know I will see you in my dreams and thoughts, and when I do a tear will come down my face .A tear that is filled with emptiness but mostly of love. Love that you have filled in me with your caring and kindness. Which were some of the many things you taught and showed me. You were so unselfish and cared about everyone else's well being. You were loved by many and still are, especially by me!

This is tosh. 0. The first two lines are really good, but at the end the poem reads like a terribly cliched greeting card. Awful stuff.

Its like leaving the wine in the bottle for another night. But its such a young vintage, to drink it now would only be to spoil.
Fare-thy-well my child for i shall returne
